By accessing this site or purchasing a reading, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we provide

PILLARS offers BaZi (Chinese Four Pillars) readings — a free instant calculation and paid in-depth readings prepared and reviewed by a practitioner. Our readings are provided for self-reflection, insight, and entertainment. They are not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice, and no specific outcome is promised.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this site and to purchase a reading.

4. Purchases & payment

• Paid readings are one-time purchases, priced in U.S. dollars and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• After purchase you provide the birth details needed for the reading; we deliver within the window stated at checkout.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the readings we deliver are owned by PILLARS and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t resell or republish them.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site — no unlawful use, scraping, interference, or attempts to disrupt the service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PILLARS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the reading at issue.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “effective date” above shows the latest version.
